David has a Bachelor of Business Science (Finance) from UCT (1996) and more recently a Masters in Business Administration (first class) (2009) from UCT Business School.
He worked in the financial services industry in the United Kingdom until 2003 when he returned to Cape Town to start a family. After completing his MBA in 2009 David joined forces with the Sandak Lewin family and was appointed CEO in 2010.
Davids’ main focus is to constantly improve our service offering as well as to grow the business into the leading property management company in the Western Cape. We now have offices in Cape Town, High Cape and Sea Point with our most recent acquisition taking place in July 2015,where we amalgamated with J&S Penkin.
In his spare time David likes to keep active with hiking and CrossFit and promotes fitness among his staff.
Having been born into a family with a long history of managing and developing property it was only natural that Linda would form a strong interest in its myriad aspects. As a young woman she was involved to a main extent in administration and management.
After completing the examinations of the Estate Agents' Affairs Board in early 1990's Linda became committed to working with the company; predominantly the sectionalising of buildings and subsequent sales to the investing public.
Linda's commitment to, and involvement with, Sandak Lewin Property Trust is ongoing as she continues with enjoyment of meeting clients, assisting them to find their perfect purchase and caring for their ongoing investment interests.
Linda is satisfied that every day brings new challenges and rewards both for our clients and the company.
Carl has been in the sectional title industry for 21 years, primarily as a Portfolio Manager. Carl joined Sandak-Lewin Trust in 2001 and became Managing Director in 2004.
Carl originally studied to become a teacher and has since completed a Performance Improvement Training Program, a diploma in Property Management from the Institute of Realtors as well as the Paddocks Sectional Title Management Course.
