We are specialist Managing Agents for Community Schemes – Sectional Title apartment blocks, Home Owners Associations and Share Blocks - facilitating the management of the schemes and assist the Trustees/Directors to execute their duties. We are currently Managing Agents for over 520 schemes across the Western Cape from the Atlantic Seaboard, City Bowl, Southern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs and to as far away as Franschhoek, Knysna and Plettenberg Bay.
Since the inception of community scheme management – Share Block and Sectional Title, Sandak-Lewin Property Trust has been involved in every aspect of property management and have developed their own unique property management software to effectively manage the various types of community schemes.
Our experienced staff are continuously involved in training to further their knowledge of the current legislation affecting all aspects of community scheme management.
