This was a sad year for Sandak-Lewin Trust - Chairman, Harold Sandak-Lewin passed away.

We started off this year as we would any other, only for COVID to hit the world and for South Africa, along with many other nations, go into lock down. Sandak-Lewin Property Trust are proud that we were able to do this with minimal effort and we had all our staff working safely from home before lock down was enforced. We also closed down our Hout Bay office.

With ongoing variations of COVID lock down we started bringing staff back into our offices, rotating throughout the week to comply with government protocols.

Last year saw the end to most of the COVID regulations and from January we brought our staff compliment back into the office full time. From March onwards, we allowed all staff who were able to, to work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In August this year we acquired Accommodation Warehouse International and now operate a branch in Sea Point Main Road.
