With more than 30 years in the sectional title industry, Carl brings extensive leadership and operational expertise, having spent the majority of his career in Managing Director role. He joined Sandak-Lewin Trust in 2001 and has served as Managing Director since 2004.
Carl initially trained as a teacher and later expanded his professional qualifications, completing a Performance Improvement Training Programme, a Diploma in Property Management through the Institute of Realtors, and the Paddocks Sectional Title Management Course.
