Harold qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 1959 and many years later returned to UCT where he obtained the degree of B.Com (Hons) in Financial Accounting. He also holds a number of Costing, Secretarial and property qualifications.
Harold entered into public practice after obtaining his first degree and established a substantial client base consisting to a considerable extent of property investors, which led him to specialize in the property field.
As a consequence of the growth of the company Harold was encouraged by the family to purchase a permanent home for the company at its present address in Riebeek Street Cape Town.
Harold continues to hold office as non-executive chairman, meets every week with the company leadership and still has time to deal with the many clients who continue to seek his advice and assistance.
As exercise Harold continues to play his regular round or two of golf every week and enjoys his walks on the seafront with wife Helga.
Having been born into a family with a long history of managing and developing property it was only natural that Linda would form a strong interest in its myriad aspects. As a young woman she was involved to a main extent in administration and management.
After completing the examinations of the Estate Agents' Affairs Board in early 1990's Linda became committed to working with the company; predominantly the sectionalising of buildings and subsequent sales to the investing public.
Linda's commitment to, and involvement with, Sandak Lewin Property Trust is ongoing as she continues with enjoyment of meeting clients, assisting them to find their perfect purchase and caring for their ongoing investment interests.
Linda is satisfied that every day brings new challenges and rewards both for our clients and the company.
